The WaVy Boards are the result of years of research in mixing red and blue diodes with white diodes for horticultural applications. 

The Fantom Board series of LED circuit boards are best suited in arrays in large areas or traditional grow tents. They also make great cloning and seedling lights when ran at low wattage. 

The WaVy Boards are 35.44V at 2100ma, making them easy to wire in series with (or replace) any 36V COB. The WaVy Boards may be wired in parallel with other WaVy boards, but not with anything else or you will get thermal runaway. 

The Wago Solderless connectors work best with 18 or 20 gauge wire, we use a pair of needlenose pliers to help push the wire into the connectors. 

 

The diodes in the WaVy Boards are:

180 Samsung LM561C diodes from the 3500k S6 flux bin mixed with 40 red 660nm diodes and 20 blue 460nm diodes.

The long awaited WaVy boards are finally on their way. It uses Samsung LM561C diodes from the 3500k S6 flux bin mixed with 40 red 660nm diodes and 20 blue 460nm diodes.

I told people ahead of time that the Samsung 561C's are so efficient that I worried these would have a slightly lower PAR output than the all white SunBoards. I was right, measured 8% less PAR output from the WaVy Boards than the 4000k S6 SunBoards which puts them about the same as the S5 first gen Sunboards. Still one of the most efficient lights on the market, and through my own research I've found that this spectrum gives me shorter flowering times and greater trichome production; so it will be interesting to see back to back grows. They also work great for plumping up and ripening your tomatoes.
